Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and schedules can change. To help me offer the best care to all my clients, I kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If an appointment is canceled or changed within the 24-hour window, the full session fee will be charged, including for gift card sessions.
However, if I’m able to fill your appointment time with another client, I’m always happy to waive the fee.
No-shows will be charged the full session fee as well.
